The details

This combination of cosmetic and restorative procedures corrects dental imperfections and enhances the appearance of your teeth and smile. Dental bonding uses a color-matched composite resin to repair chips, cracks, discoloration or gaps with natural-looking results. Dental crowns restore a damaged tooth with a protective cap over the entire tooth to the gum line, recommended when a tooth can’t be repaired with a composite filling.

Veneers are thin layers of porcelain or composite bonded to teeth to enhance their natural look while providing necessary strength. They’re widely used to change the shape, size or color of teeth or for slight adjustments in alignment.

Professional teeth whitening is significantly more effective and safer than store-bought kits. Choose a customized whitening tray or convenient preloaded Opalescence trays for safe, effective results.

Tooth reshaping is a quick, easy fix for minor chips and crooked, cracked, broken or overlapping teeth, and can help balance your bite. Dr. Regan sometimes combines recontouring with bonding or porcelain veneers for a completely new look.

White spots rarely fade on their own or respond to at-home treatments. Our simple, painless, non-invasive treatment can restore the even-toned appearance of your teeth.

Botox blocks the release of acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction, weakening muscle contraction so surrounding wrinkles don’t form. Dr. Regan has spent years studying facial anatomy and has administered countless anesthetic injections; patients commonly report that injections by dentists are quicker and less painful.

Teeth are moved gradually by changing aligners every 2–3 weeks. Clear aligners (Invisalign, Clear Correct, Smile Direct and others) are a cost and time effective way to improve your smile.

A deeper cleaning below the gum line for patients with current or developing periodontal disease, using local anesthetic so you stay comfortable. Not every patient needs this level of cleaning, but it matters a great deal for those who do.

Fluoride defends teeth against acid attacks from plaque bacteria and sugars, and can even reverse early tooth decay. For kids under 6 it’s important to the development of permanent teeth.

Even with great home care, visit your dentist at least twice a year. At East Milton Dental you’ll have access to one of the most advanced dental practices in Greater Boston.

We carefully examine your mouth, throat and neck for abnormal changes, lesions or growths. Early detection can significantly improve outcomes and can be lifesaving.

The ADA recommends children be seen before age one. We create a warm, fun, gentle environment and also assess for conditions such as tongue tie, which can affect feeding, speech and oral growth.

We care for children from infancy through the teenage years. Our treasure chest of toys, stickers and surprises rewards positive behavior and makes visits memorable.

White, metal-free, mercury-free fillings remove less tooth structure than traditional metal fillings. Composite sealants protect against cavities and act as a barrier from food and bacteria.

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a screening no later than age 7. Dr. Regan can tell you whether an orthodontist visit is needed and the right developmental timing.

More than 40% of kids experience dental trauma, and even trauma to baby teeth can affect developing adult teeth. Call the emergency line and speak with Dr. Regan; we are always on call for pain, bleeding or swelling.

If your child grinds their teeth at night, Dr. Regan will evaluate their mouth, teeth and airway to find the cause. We also take time to educate patients and parents about oral health and preventative care, and fluoride protects developing teeth.

We get to know every patient beyond their teeth and gums, and build a plan that fits your needs, budget and goals. Our hygienists gently clean and polish while you relax.

Tooth-colored composite fillings are virtually unnoticeable and preserve more natural tooth. After any trauma to the teeth, gums, lips or cheeks, be seen by Dr. Regan as soon as possible: how the injury is first handled has long-term effects.

An implant is a titanium “root” placed in the jawbone, topped with a crown and abutment. Implants replace single teeth, support bridges, and add stability and retention to dentures.

When a tooth must come out, the socket can be grafted using your own blood, an affordable technique that promotes bone growth, prevents bone loss and lowers the chance of infection.

Bitewing and panoramic X-rays help us diagnose issues early. Our intraoral scanner captures accurate digital impressions of your teeth and gums, with no traditional molds, for crowns, bridges, aligners and more.

What patients say

“Dr. Regan and her team were so nice and welcoming. They didn't shame me for not taking great care of my teeth in the past, instead they encouraged me to make small changes to my routine to get my mouth back in shape.”Christina D.

“I visited 3 offices to get opinions on doing veneers. The consult and results I saw from Dr. Regan was by far the best. She was honest and upfront about the costs and timing. My new teeth are beautiful.”Susan R.

“My first appointment I had an awesome cleaning and Dr. Regan told me she could get rid of the white spots on my front teeth. No dentist had ever given me this option before. She did it the following week and it looks awesome. I so happy I found this office!”Meghan D.
“I am so glad a friend recommended me to East Milton Dental. I was put at ease immediately when it was explained to me exactly what needed to be done and why. The extra time they spent with me made all the difference.”Glen P.
